New Delhi NDA society : The Apna Dal, NDA's ally in Uttar Pradesh on Saturday said that BJP leaders in the state are insulting the weaker sections of society while urging Prime Minister Narendra Modi to look into the matter at the earliest.
Speaking to Apna Dal chief Ashish Patel said: "BJP leaders in Uttar Pradesh are insulting the weaker sections of society because of their arrogant attitude. I appeal to the Prime Minister to intervene in the matter."
He also added that till the matter is not solved, Apna Dal will not participate in any government programmes in the state. "Till the matter is not solved, we will not be part of any government programmes including the Prime Minister's event in Ghazipur. I am confident that (BJP chief) Amit Shah ji will hear us out," he added.

पूर्व जीवन और करियर
निर्मला सीतारमन ने 1980 में सीतालक्ष्मी रामास्वामि कॉलेज, तिरुचिरापल्ली, तमिलनाडु से स्नातक की शिक्षा पूर्ण की।[4] निर्मला सीतारमन ने जवाहरलाल नेहरू विश्वविद्यालय (जनेवि) से अंतरराष्ट्रीय अध्ययन विषय में एम॰फ़िल॰ की।
निर्मला सीतारमन प्राइसवॉटरहाउस कूपर्स के साथ वरिष्ठ प्रबंधक (शोध एवं विश्लेषण) के तौर पर भी कार्य कर चुकी हैं। उन्होंने कुछ समय के लिए बीबीसी विश्व सेवा के लिए भी कार्य किया।
निर्मला सीतारमन हैदराबाद में स्थित प्रणव स्कूल के संस्थापकों में से एक हैं।[5]
राजनीतिक जीवन
निर्मला सीतारमन 2003 से 2005 तक राष्ट्रीय महिला आयोग की सदस्या रह चुकी हैं। वे सितंबर03-2017 तक भारतीय जनता पार्टी की प्रवक्ता के साथ-साथ भारत की भारत की वाणिज्य और उद्योग (स्वतंत्र प्रभार) तथा वित्त व कारपोरेट मामलों की राज्य मंत्री रहीं हैं और सितंबर 03-2017 को श्री नरेंद्र मोदी की सरकार में उन्हें रक्षा मंत्री बनाया गया। वे श्रीमती इंदिरा गाँधी के बाद भारत के रक्षा मंत्रालय की कमान सम्हालने वाली स्वतंत्र भारत की दूसरी महिला नेत्री और स्वतंत्र रूप से पहली पूर्णकालिक महिला रक्षामंत्री हैं।
व्यक्तिगत जीवन
निर्मला सीताराम का विवाह डॉ॰ परकल प्रभाकर से हुआ जो जनेवि और लंदन स्कूल ऑफ़ इकोनॉमिक्स के पूर्व छात्र हैं।[6] वो एक राजनीतिज्ञ, राजनीतिक टीकाकार, लोकप्रिय टीवी एंकर और एक बुद्धिजीवी हैं।[7] वर्तमान में डॉ॰ परकला प्रभाकर राईटफोलियो (www.rightfolio.co.in) में एमडी हैं।[8]
