I think it is possible but I have not tried using it yet. My point is that most of the users here are new and the transliterators need to cater them rather than us. So, if we create a universal system for data input in all Indic wikipediae, it would be easier for them to navigate amongst the wikipediae. Btw, I have recently enabled Gujrati input in Gujrati wikipedia. I didnt find many people there. I was wondering if you could have a look at it and find any bugs, if present. When the Bishnupriya Manipuri Wikipedia wanted a "Portal:" namespace, this is where they made their request: http://bugzilla.wikimedia.org/show_bug.cgi?id=8300 at Bugzilla. They named theirs হমিলদুৱার. I think that we should request a Portal: namespace before we make any more portals. It could be called प्रवेशद्वार in Hindi, or a Hindi name; but I don't think it should be an English name. Please have a look, and consider requesting for a Portal: namespace. khidki is nice suggestion too, but it will confuse with operating system 'windows'. 'प्रवेशद्वार' is good. I wanted to suggest 'दरवाजा' or 'फाटक'. We should consider that the Portal word is often combined with words web and wiki and used as web-portal or wiki-portal. So, वेब-प्रवेशद्वार, वेब-खिड़्की, वेब-दरवाजा and वेब-फाटक, which one suits best?

review number '5 is more like recommendation. Everyone writes with their person style, something which is बोलचाल वाली हिन्दी for one, could be शुद्ध संस्कृतनिष्ठ हिन्दी for other. Do you have any concern on that policy? Will try to translate that for sure.
I think it should state more clearly that you may write how you want. But I don't think that बोलचाल Hindi should be used at all. Because this is an encyclopedia, where formal language should be used, not a blog where informal language can be used. Yes please do, but I think that you should take away the internal link on the first word रामायण because there is already सम्पूर्ण लेख पढ़ें. Also, रामचरितमानस should not be bold, because the reader might get confused; it makes it hard to distinguish if it is रामचरितमानस or रामायण the featured article. So, these are the steps from here:

Yup! I am also excited by the progress of Hindi Wikipedia. Good to see increase in active wikipedians and their wonderful contributions. But no comparison with other projects. Each have their own importance. I like Marathi Wikipedia. There have been very good wikipedians there, they will grow at good pace too. User base in Indian language is increasing. Wikipedia will see surge in popularity in local language domain, in India particular. If possible would like to have more collaboration with other language wikipedias, including Marathi, Bengali, Gujrati, Nepali, Telugu, Sanskrit, German, Spanish, French and of course English. You have more idea about collabration? Embassy at Hindi Wikipedia is pretty much empty.
What I understand is good content comes from locals in local languages. e.g. Who can tell you better about Maharastra than a native Marathi or about Rabindranath Tagore than a native Bengali. If you want to know about German culture or history, you got to listen/read in German. Thats how we can make Hindi wikipedia much better. What say you?!

I will start work on Wikipedia collaboration... it is a great way to expand the Wikipedia world. There are surely many Wikipedians on Wikipedias other than the Hindi/English Wikipedias who are native in Hindi but are unaware about the Hindi Wikipedia. Maybe we can start work on translating good/featured articles from English/other language Wikipedias: there is great content on for example on fr:Hindouisme and de:Tamil Nadu. "Since hindi community is very big, I believe the hindi wikipedia will grow exponentially. I personally believe that we can touch around 50000 articles in the end of year and most of them will be quality article. Yes, I agree that popularity of hindi wikipedia will grow exponentially. Can not say anything about number of pages. I believe that strength of any wikipedia is strong community dedicated to bring quality and useful content. There have been increase in number of active wikipedians at Hindi Wikipedia in recent days. These people are doing wonderful job, and of course this includes you and Manish. Keep up the good work.

I was planning to include an infobox for each district of India. For that I've created a Template:ज्ञानसन्दूक जिला. I've included this template for some of the districts like: त्रिसूर जिला, मधेपुरा जिला. But unlike what happens with city infoboxes (like for Bangalore, बंगलोर) we don't get the locational image of the district displayed.In order to incorporate these images, I manually have to save it from English Wikipedia and then write the image name in the template to make it display (that's what I did for त्रिसूर जिला). It's quite a tedious job. Can I not make my template itself that one can get the image, at most by writing the name of Image, as in English wiki ? हिंदी विकिपीडियाकि प्रणाली को जोडने से मराठी भाषामे लेखन करने मे और भी कुछ दिक्कते आ रही है जैसे पूर्ण विराम चिन्ह मराठी और हिंदी प्रणाली मे भिन्न है फिलहाल हमे इस | हिंदी मे प्रयूक्त चिन्हपर निर्भर रहना पड रहा है| वैसेही v टाईपकरने पर 'भ्' आता है इससे भी बडी दिक्कत होती है और भी कुछ अक्षर एवं उनसे बननेवाले जोडाक्षर (Consonantal clusters) लिखनेमेभी बडी दिक्कत का सामना करना पडता है|जोडाक्षर (Consonantal clusters) के सभी व्यवहार-काम देवनागरीमे लिखने के लिए लगने वाला यह जावा स्क्रिप्ट फाईल कैसे होते है यह गुत्थी मै अब तक समझ नही पाते इसलिए खुद ब खुद बदलभी नही पाते । इस सिलसिले मे आपके पास कुछ मालूमात हो तो हम उसकी प्रतीक्षा रहेगी । धन्यवाद
