एवरम हेर्शको (इब्रानी: אברהם הרשקו; जन्म 31 दिसम्बर 1937) एक इजरायली जीव रसायनज्ञ हैं। उन्हें २००४ में आरोन चियानोवीर और इरविन रोज के साथ संयुक्त रूप से रसायन शास्त्र में नोबेल पुरस्कार से सम्मानित किया गया।[10][11]
