ह्यूग डेविड पुलित्ज़र (Hugh David Politzer; जन्म 31 अगस्त 1949) एक अमेरिकी सैद्धान्तिक भौतिक विज्ञानी हैं। उन्हें प्रबल अन्योन्य क्रिया सिद्धान्त में उपगामी स्वतंत्रता के आविष्कार के लिए डेविड जोनाथन ग्रॉस और फ्रैंक विल्चेक के साथ संयुक्त रूप से भौतिकी में नोबेल पुरस्कार से सम्मानित किया गया।[7]
