स्नैचबॉट सोशल नेटवर्कों के लिए निर्मित किया गया क्लाउड-आधारित निःशुल्क चैटबॉट निर्माण उपकरण है। [1][2][3]

हेनरी बेन एज्रा और एवी बेन एज्रा द्वारा वर्ष 2015 में स्थापित किया गया, स्नैचबॉट, इजराइल में हर्ज़्लिया पिच्युश से आने वाली नयी तकनीक कंपनियों में से एक है। [4][5]
जुलाई 2017 में, स्नैचबॉट ने जर्मनी के बर्लिंग शहर में आयोजित किये गए चैटबॉट सम्मलेन को प्रायोजित किया था। [6] दिसम्बर 2017 तक, 30 मिलियन से भी अधिक अंतिम प्रयोगकर्ता स्नैचबॉट प्लेटफॉर्म पर चैटबॉट के निर्माण में संलग्न हो चुके हैं। [7]

स्नैचबॉट फेसबुक मैसेंजर, स्काइप, स्लैक, एसएमएस, ट्विटर और अन्य सोशल नेटवर्क प्लेटफॉर्म के लिए बॉट का निर्माण करने में प्रयोगकर्ताओं की सहायता करता है। [8][9][10] स्नैचबॉट निःशुल्क प्राकृतिक भाषा संसाधन मॉडल भी प्रदान करता है। [11] कंपनी के मशीन लर्निंग उपकरणों के साथ मिलकर, प्लेटफॉर्म ऐसे चैटबॉट के निर्माण की अनुमति देता है जो प्रयोगकर्ता के इरादों का विश्लेषण कर सकते हैं। [12]
