@संजीव कुमार: श्रेणी:२००० में जन्मे लोग is now created, and I think that eventually, hiwp should migrate to Hindi numerals-- that is something we can do daily। In this case, should this page (category talk and category page) be deleted?

- @संजीव कुमार: Could you explain why it is wrong? And why should a category with non Hindi numerals be kept?
अगस्त्य 21:02, 21 सितंबर 2018 (UTC)- @Acagastya: Since you are writing in English on Hindi wikipedia, similarly there are more then 50% of Hindi speakers and writers don't use Devanagari digits in their daily life and according to tradition of Hindi wikipedia, we use "श्रेणी:xxxx में जन्मे लोग" for the birth category (where xxxx are four digits in English).☆★संजीव कुमार (✉✉) 21:05, 21 सितंबर 2018 (UTC)
- @संजीव कुमार:I am using English for non standard informal content only. And well, there is an option to toggle between which format of numbers to be used so the justification is not strong enough. Is it agreed upon that the loss of quality (in terms of foreign language usage for non-trivial purpose) is acceptable?

Since, if you are thinking that my argument is not sufficient for you, you can ask any other sysop as well as you can go to village pump. - @संजीव कुमार: There is only one right now, but if we do this for each year, daily, we would have Hindi numerals soon। The sooner we act, the better.

I don't want to change, since personally I want it as it is.
