फोबे (Phoebe) (/ˈfiːbiː/;[4] यूनानी: Φοίβη), शनि का एक अनियमित उपग्रह है । इसे कुइपर बेल्ट से हथियाया हुआ एक ग्रहाणु माना गया है । इसकी खोज 17 मार्च 1899 को विलियम हेनरी पिकरिंग ने फोटोग्राफिक प्लेट से की, जिसके खींचने की शुरुआत 16 अगस्त 1898 को डीलाइसल स्टीवर्ट द्वारा आरक्विपा, पेरू के नजदीक की बोडेन वेधशाला से की गई थी ।[5][6][7][8][9] फ़ोटोग्राफ़ी के माध्यम से खोजा गया यह पहला उपग्रह था ।
