Notes:
- One can use the usual parameters for welcome templates, that is:
1: your username (e.g. {{subst:wel|John Doe}})art: an article the user positively contributed to (e.g. {{subst:wel|art=George W. Bush}})
- Please always subst this template, e.g. {{subst:Wel}}.
