ऐमारैंथेसी (Amaranthaceae) या ऐमारैंथेसिआए (दोनों उच्चारण सही हैं) सपुष्पक पौधों का एक जीववैज्ञानिक कुल है, जिसे साधारण भाषा में चौलाई कुल (ऐमारैंथ कुल) भी कहते हैं। इसमें 165 जीववैज्ञानिक वंश और 2,040 जातियाँ सम्मिलित हैं।[1][2]
