जेरेमी बेन्थम (Jeremy Bentham) (15 फरवरी, 1748 – 6 जून 1832) इंग्लैण्ड का न्यायविद, दार्शनिक तथा विधिक व सामाजिक सुधारक था। वह उपयोगितावाद का कट्टर समर्थक था। वह प्राकृतिक विधि तथा प्राकृतिक अधिकार के सिद्धान्तों का कट्टर विरोधी था।
