मूर का नियम (Moore's law) दीर्घ अवधि में संगणन के हार्डवेयर में विकास की गति (ट्रेंड) की एक भविष्यवाणी है। सन् १९५८ में एकीकृत परिपथ के आविष्कार के बाद से किसी आईसी पर निर्मित किये जा सकने वाले ट्रांजिस्टरों की संख्या बड़ी तेजी से बढ़ी है। यह संख्या प्राय: हर दो वर्ष में दुगूनी होती चली गयी है। इन्टेल के सह-संस्थापक गार्डन मूर ने सबसे पहले इस ट्रेंड का बारीकी से अध्ययन करने के बाद सन् १९६५ में एक शोधपत्र में प्रकाशित किया था। यद्यपि पहले उसने कहा था कि आईसी पर निर्मित होने वाले ट्रांजिस्टरों की संख्या प्रति एक वर्ष में दुगूनी होती जायेगी किन्तु बाद में इसे संशोधित करके उन्होने कहा कि यह संख्या प्रति दो वर्ष में दुगूनी होती चली जायेगी।
मूर की यह भविष्यवाणी लगभग आधी शताब्दी तक (सन् २००५ में) सत्य साबित हुई है और ऐसा विश्वास है कि कम से कम एक और दशक तक यह क्रम जारी रहेगा।
