To installing petrol pump

Respected , I am ex Subedar DS Tiwari Living at Banda Near Railway Station, Dist Banda, Division Chitrakoot, Uttar Pradesh. Sir I have one acar land on highway Banda Fatehpur Road distance from city apporx 4.5 km near by pass road their were no petrol pump out side on by pass road so for every truck, or other heavy vehicle are not authorised to inter in city. so it is essential to required one petrol pump on that place.
