हन्टेरियन लिप्यन्तरण (अंग्रेजी: Hunterian transliteration, हन्टेरियन ट्रांस्लिटरेशन) देवनागरी सहित अन्य भारतीय और ग़ैर-भारतीय लिपियों में लिखे पाठों को रोमन लिपि में बदलने की एक लिप्यन्तरण पद्दति है। यह विधि भारत की राष्ट्रिय रोमन लिप्यन्तरण विधि मानी जाती है और इसे भारत सरकार द्वारा मान्यता प्राप्त है। भारत के अधिकतर व्यक्तियों, स्थानों, घटनायों, ग्रंथों एवं पुस्तकों के प्रचलित रोमन-लिपि नाम इसी हन्टेरियन विधि पर आधारित हैं।[1][2][3] इस विधि को कभी-कभी जोंसियन विधि भी कहा जाता है।[4]
