सूर्यवंशी रोहित शेट्टी द्वारा निर्देशित एक आगामी भारतीय हिंदी -भाषा की एक्शन फिल्म है, जिसे शेट्टी और करण जौहर ने क्रमश: रोहित शेट्टी पिक्चर और धर्मा प्रोडक्शंस के बैनर तले निर्मित किया है, रिलायंस एंटरटेनमेंट और केप ऑफ गुड फिल्म्स के सहयोग से। यह शेट्टी की पुलिस यूनिवर्स की चौथी किस्त है, और भारतीय सिनेमा के इतिहास में अब तक की सबसे महंगी पुलिस फिल्म है। फिल्म में अक्षय कुमार के साथ कैटरीना कैफ मुख्य भूमिका में हैं।^[1]^[2] अजय देवगन और रणवीर सिंह कैमियो करेंगे।

डीसीपी वीर सूर्यवंशी के रूप में कुमार के चरित्र के अंत में घोषणा की गई थी सिम्बा कि सूर्यवंशी के एक चरित्र परिचय के रूप में कार्य किया। ^[3] कुमार आतंकवाद निरोधी दस्ते के प्रमुख की भूमिका में होंगे।^[4] यह फिल्म साजिद फरहाद द्वारा लिखी गई है, और लेखकों मनव दास, अनु राही और शिवांश तिवारी द्वारा सह-पटकथा लिखी गई है।भारत मे कोरोना वायरस के कारण लॉकडाउन की वजह से 25 मार्च को रिलीस हो रही थी पर अब 25 सितंबर 2020 को रिलीज होने वाली है।

निर्माण

5 मार्च 2019, जिस दिन फिल्म के दो पोस्टर आउट हुए, अक्षय कुमार और रोहित शेट्टी ने घोषणा की कि उन्होंने ईद-उल-फितर के त्यौहार के साथ 22 मई 2020 को फिल्म को रिलीज़ करने की योजना बनाई है। बाद में, 12 जून 2019 को यह घोषणा की गई कि फिल्म की रिलीज़ की तारीख 27 मार्च 2020 तक बढ़ा दी जाएगी। ^[14] ^[15]

संगीत

फ़िल्म का संगीत तनिष्क बागची, लिजो जॉर्ज-डीजे चेतस, JAM8 द्वारा दिया गया है। इसके गीतकार रश्मि-विराग, शब्बीर अहमद और तनिष्क बागची हैं। फ़िल्म मोहरा के गीत "टिप टिप बरसा पानी" को इस फिल्म के लिए पुनर्निर्मित किया गया है।^[16]
