मशीनों, औजारों और श्रम का उपयोग करके सामान बनाने की क्रिया को विनिर्माण (Manufacturing) कहते हैं। विनिर्मित सामान स्वयं प्रयोग के लिये हो सकते हैं, या बेचने के लिये। विनिर्माण के अन्तर्गत हस्तकला से लेकर उच्च तकनीकी तक बहुत सी मानवी गतिविधियाँ आ जाती हैं किन्तु इस शब्द का उपयोग प्रायः औद्योगिक उत्पादन के अर्थ में किया जाता है जिसमें कच्चा माल बड़े पैमाने पर तैयार माल में बदला जाता है। विनिर्माण से तैयार माल उपभोक्ताओं द्वारा उपयोग किया जा सकता है या इसका प्रयोग अधिक जटिल वस्तुओं के विनिर्माण में किया जा सकता है।
