पेटा (PETA) या पशुओं के साथ नैतिक व्यवहार के पक्षधर लोग (People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals) एक पशु-अधिकार संगठन है। इसका मुख्यालय यूएसए के वर्जिनिया के नॉर्फोल्क (Norfolk) में स्थित है। विश्व भर में इसके लगभग २० लाख सदस्य हैं और यह अपने को विश्व का सबसे बड़ा पशु-अधिकार संगठन होने का दावा करता है। इन्ग्रिड न्यूकिर्क (Ingrid Newkirk) इसके अन्तरराष्ट्रीय अध्यक्ष हैं।
