के भारतीय आम चुनाव के 1957 चुने गए 2 लोकसभा का भारतहै । चुनाव आयोजित किया गया था, 24 फरवरी से 14 मार्च, सिर्फ पांच साल के बाद पिछले आम चुनावहै । [1] वहाँ थे 494 सीटों में से चुना का उपयोग कर पोस्ट अतीत पहले मतदान प्रणाली है । बाहर की 403 विधानसभा क्षेत्रों में, 91 चुने गए दो सदस्य हैं, जबकि शेष 312 चुने गए एक सदस्य है.[2][3] बहु-सीट निर्वाचन क्षेत्रों को समाप्त कर दिया गया इससे पहले कि अगले चुनाव.
