 अन्तरफलक प्रबन्धक (Interface administrator) विशिष्ट/ वरिष्ठ सदस्य (Editprotected) उत्पात नियंत्रक (Eliminator) 

उत्पात नियंत्रक वह सदस्य हैं जिन्हे विकि पर अनुचित पृष्ठों को हटाने एवं उचित हटाये गये पृष्ठों को वापस लाने का अधिकार भी प्राप्त होता है। इनके पास संपादन लौटाने अर्थात रोलबैक का अधिकार भी होता है। इस प्रकार बर्बरता एवं उत्पात पर लगाम लगाने के कारण इस सदस्य वर्ग का नाम उत्पात नियंत्रक है। उत्पात नियंत्रकों को विकिपीडिया पर पृष्ठ हटाने की नीति से अवगत रहना चाहिये।

आवश्यकताएँ

इस सदस्यता को प्राप्त करने के लिये निम्न आवश्यकताएँ होना जरुरी है-

  1. सदस्य के पास पर्याप्त संपादन एवं रोलबैक अनुभव हो।
  2. सदस्य इससे पूर्व कम से कम तीन माह का स्वत:परीक्षित सदस्य या वरिष्ठ सदस्य एवं रोलबैकर्स के अधिकार का अनुभव रखता हो।
  3. सदस्य को कम से कम ४ प्रबंधको या ४ किसी भी विशेष सदस्यताओं वाले सदस्यों का समर्थन प्राप्त हो अथवा अतिसक्रिय सदस्यों की अनुपस्थिति(किसी भी विरोध के न होने पर) में १ प्रशासक के समर्थन से यह अधिकार दिया जा सकता है।

पद से निवृति

  1. इस सदस्यता का दुरुपयोग अथवा सही प्रकार से प्रयोग न करने पर आपको इस सदस्यता से मुक्त किया जा सकता है।
  2. प्रबंधक पद से निवृति के समस्त नियम इस सदस्य समूह पर भी लागू होते हैं।

इस अधिकार हेतु आवेदन

इस अधिकार प्राप्ति के लिये कोई भी सदस्य स्वयं अथवा कोई प्रबंधक किसी कुशल सदस्य को यहां नामांकित करे।

Hi fellows!

I think it would be quit useful to have eliminator user right, once I'm used to fight against vandalism and tag nonsense / spam / out-of-scope content for quick-deletion all around (plz see my deleted contributions here) and such permission would help me a lot with maintenance activities over here.

I am currently a global rollbacker (verify), and I already hold flaggedrevs-based permissions on bswiki (editor), enwiki (reviewer), commons (patroller), sqwiki (reviewer), hiwiki (reviewer) and mkwiki (editor). I am also experienced with administrative tools on ptwiki, metawiki, strategywiki and testwiki.

I can understand a bit of Hindi without an automated translator and, furthermore, I am usually online when the most of you guys are off, because the timezone where I live. So, I think I could help a bit more in some tasks as quick deletions.

See, the attitude changed with every wiki. When I am reverting edit on en wiki, i revert every statement with no citation, whereas on hi wiki, we just place wikify template even on biographical articles with no sources. I strongly feel that all en wiki policies can't be followed on hi wiki, however they should be. Unfortunately we still do not have a lot of users with the knowledge of the policies. Example is the rohit case. 99% of the admin actions are done by mayur. We can't change everything instantly, however we should try to change it, but slowly. Vibhijain, disappointingly, you don't know nothing about the Wikipedia policies/guidelines, and today it's officially approved:
  • "i every statement with no citation", which is itself against our guidelines, because many times user adds genuine information but without proper sourcing. You can only revert other user's edit if it is a blatant vandalism, out of scope, controversial, etc.
  • "on hi wiki, we just place wikify template"
Do you even know what "wikify" term signifies? on biographies of living people (BLP) you tag {{BLP sources}} or {{BLP unsourced}}. Wikification (wikify) means:
1. Check for copyright violations.
2. Add wikilinks.
3. Format the lead.
4. Arrange section headings.
5. Replace HTML tags with wiki markup.
6. Add an infobox (if appropriate).
God knows why you tag article with lack of citations for {{wikify}}...
  • "even on biographical articles with no sources"
What a rubbish! who said such articles should always be deleted, they must only if they:
1. Wholly contain controversial information about living person.
2. Are of any non-notable person, and I don't think you understand what notability means here as you were quarreling with me for Hemant Sesh article.
3. Contain wholly copyrighted material (another option is "investigation").

It doesn't matter how you feel, I know some guidelines may be different, but core principles/policies remain same, whether it's English, Hindi or Sanskrit Wikipedia. Some major core policies are made by Wikimedia Foundation (I guess you might be aware of it), the BLP example presented by you, is one of them, read Wikimedia's resolution.
So, Vibhijain take it as friendly advise don't play with Wikimedia's rules and regulations, because it may attract intervention of Foundation's people. I don't need special adjustment for Hindi Wikipedia, except language which I'm learning, but you still need to learn lots of things. I never ask admins to give me any privileges, they always see my work and give these facilities, which for me have no special value [other than some extra tools], as I think myself a regular user. I never asked any special right on English Wikipedia, but I've reviewer, rollback, file mover (being a first 20 users who got this right on whole Wikipedia community, excluding admins) and autopatrol; and I may also gain same on at least three other Wikis on the basis of my record, but as I said, this has never been my motive. interesting, dude, i am not playing with Wikimedia policies. If i want, i can delete all the nonsense on hi wiki in a sec, but hi wiki is totally different. See the rohit case, a admin do not know the derivatives policy, see rajivmass, admin is making sockpuppets, and what no goes here. a single man does 99% admin actions. personal attacks are done continuously, senior users places users comment on main space (see देवनागरी अंक#विकिपीडिया पर संपादन संबंधी समस्याएं). Vibhijain, this is not about people who are making mistakes, this is about how much you learn from these instances. You can't give any possible excuse for not following core policies of Wikimedia. If someone is doing erroneous work, then it doesn't give you authority to do same. I don't care what Rohit and Rajivmass have done, and I eulogize what Mayur is doing. Is it really a point of frustration if you can't predict what may happen here. I'm not good in Hindi but still try to do my best, even taking advice of Anirudh and Dinesh I try to use Hindi on chopal. Am I frustrated? No, because I accept my weak points and shortcomings, which I'm asking you to do same. Learn policies and guidelines and employ them in all possible cases, because this is the only way we [Hindi Wikipedia] can get success in our motive.

Result-
As per policy bill satisfy first two conditions as he have both rollback and auto patrolled on English wiki for a long time.Now according to 3rd condition crat can only grant anybody this flag if no one opposes but as vibhijain has opposed this So condition slightly changes.As vibhi has no special right but another two votes which include me and Siddhartha.
