Renders a flag icon and wikilink to उत्तर कोरिया. This template is equivalent to {{पताका|उत्तर कोरिया}}, but is named after the standard three letter ISO 3166-1 alpha-3 country code, IOC code, and FIFA code for उत्तर कोरिया as a shorthand editing convenience.
