Renders a flag icon and wikilink to पापुआ न्यू गिनी. This template is equivalent to {{पताका|पापुआ न्यू गिनी}}, but is named after the standard three letter ISO 3166-1 alpha-3 country code, IOC code, and FIFA code for पापुआ न्यू गिनी as a shorthand editing convenience.
