Renders a flag icon and wikilink to डोमिनिका. This template is equivalent to {{पताका|डोमिनिका}}, but is named after the standard three letter ISO 3166-1 alpha-3 country code, IOC code, and FIFA code for डोमिनिका as a shorthand editing convenience.
