Sandeep Singh Known as Aks Mehraj is a dramatist of the 5th generation of Punjabi Drama. He started his work in the age of 19 and wrote his first Ply 'Ant Nahi Shuruaat'. Since that he has written 12 plays. His productions 'Ant Nahi Shuruaat','O shitt','Gum hai','Ghar Gum hai', 'Izzat ke Naam', 'Loon di guddi' got great success in Punjab and India level theatre competitions.

And directed self-scripted famous one-act 'Ant Nahi Shuruaat' in the age of 22. This play attracted Punjabi Theater critics. Directed more than 25 plays with more than 100 shows of the same all over India. Recipient of many prestigious awards for direction and production . .
