१९९१ लोखंडवाला कॉम्प्लेक्स गोलीबारी (1991 Lokhandwala Complex shootout) भारत के एक बड़े प्रसिद्ध शूटआउट था। यही वो घटना है जिसने मुंबई मायानगरी में अपराध का नया अध्याय बन गए माया डोलस और दिलीप बुवा समेत कुल 7 लोग पुलिस की 'आतिशबाजियों' के भेंट चढ़ गए थे। १९९१ में घटी ये घटना अपने आप में ऐसा पहला शूटऑउट था, जब किसी पुलिस एनकाउंटर को मीडिया ने लाइव कवर किया था।^[1]^[2]^[3] यह घटना १६ नवम्बर १९९१ को हुआ था। शूट आउट एट लोखंडवाला (2007 फ़िल्म) इसी घटना पर आधारित हैं।^[4]
