रिया शर्मा (जन्म 7 अगस्त 1995) एक भारतीय अभिनेत्री हैं जो मुख्य रूप से हिंदी टेलीविजन में काम करती हैं। उन्होंने 2014 में टेलीविजन श्रृंखला इतना करो ना मुझे प्यार के साथ निशि खन्ना को चित्रित करते हुए अभिनय की शुरुआत की।[2][3] 2016 में, उन्होंने रितु को चित्रित करने वाली हिंदी फिल्म एमएस धोनी: द अनटोल्ड स्टोरी के साथ अपनी फिल्म की शुरुआत की। शर्मा अन्य नामांकनों के साथ गोल्ड अवार्ड्स के प्राप्तकर्ता हैं।[4]

शर्मा ने ये रिश्ते हैं प्यार के में तू सूरज मैं सांझ, पियाजी और मिष्टी अग्रवाल राजवंश में डॉ. कनक राठी तोषनीवाल के अपने चित्रण के साथ व्यापक पहचान अर्जित की।[5][6]

प्रारंभिक जीवन

शर्मा का जन्म 7 अगस्त 1995 को मुंबई, महाराष्ट्र में एक हिंदू परिवार में हुआ था।[7][8] उन्होंने मुंबई के सेंट जेवियर्स कॉलेज से स्नातक की पढ़ाई पूरी की।[9][10] शर्मा एक पत्रकार बनने की ख्वाहिश रखती थीं, लेकिन बाद में अभिनय को अपने करियर के रूप में चुना।[11][12]

आजीविका

शर्मा ने मेहुल व्यास के साथ 2014 से 2015 तक निशि खन्ना शाह की भूमिका निभाते हुए इतना करो ना मुझे प्यार[13] से अभिनय की शुरुआत की। [14] 2014 में, उन्होंने बड़ी दूर से आए हैं में प्रियंका "प्रिया" प्रभाकर दातार की भूमिका निभाई।[15][16] उन्होंने 2015 में ये है आशिकी सुन यार ट्राई मार में दर्शील सफारी के साथ चांदनी कपूर की भूमिका निभाई।[17][18]
