राजा रामन्ना (कन्नड ರಾಜಾ ರಾಮಣ್ಣ) (२८ जनवरी १९२५ - २३ सितम्बर २००४) भारत के एक परमाणु वैज्ञानिक थे। श्री राजा रामन्ना का जन्म कर्नाटक के टुम्कुर में हुआ था। वह भारत के प्रथम परमाणु परीक्षण के सूत्रधार भी थे। 'राजा रमन्ना को विज्ञान एवं अभियांत्रिकी के क्षेत्र में भारत सरकार द्वारा सन १९७३ में पद्म भूषण से सम्मानित किया गया था। ये तमिलनाडु से हैं।
