जोहन फ्रेडरिक मिशर (Johannes Friedrich Miescher / 13 अगस्त 1844 – 26 अगस्त 1895) स्विट्जरलैण्ड के चिकित्सक एवं जीववैज्ञानिक थे। सबसे पहले उन्होंने ही न्यूक्लीक अम्ल (nucleic acid) अलग करने में सफलता प्राप्त की थी। इन्होंंने DNA की खोज की थी
