त्वचा-परिचर्या, त्वचा देखबाल अथवा स्किन केयर (अंग्रेज़ी: skin care) वह अभ्यास है जिसके द्वारा त्वचा के स्वास्थ्य एवं सौन्दर्य को बनाए रखने तथा सुधारने का प्रयास किया जाता है। इसमें त्वचा को धोना, स्निग्ध करना (मॉइस्चराइज़ करना), सूर्य से रक्षा करना, तथा मुँहासे एवं शुष्कता जैसे त्वचा-संबंधी विकारों का उपचार सम्मिलित होता है। त्वचा-परिचर्या संक्रमण एवं जलन से बचाव में सहायक होती है और यह दैनिक स्वच्छता का एक महत्त्वपूर्ण अंग है।

त्वचा-परिचर्या सौन्दर्य प्रसाधन एवं त्वचाविज्ञान के मध्य स्थित एक क्षेत्र है।[1] यह त्वचाविज्ञान से इस प्रकार भिन्न है कि इसमें चिकित्सक-गैर पेशेवरों जैसे सौन्दर्य विशेषज्ञों एवं नर्सिंग कर्मियों की भूमिका भी सम्मिलित होती है। त्वचा-परिचर्या में व्यक्तिगत आचरण, पर्यावरणीय परिस्थितियों तथा कार्यस्थल की दशाओं में परिवर्तन भी सम्मिलित होते हैं।[2]

त्वचा-परिचर्या घावों के उपचार, विकिरण चिकित्सा, तथा कुछ औषधियों के प्रबंधन में भी अत्यावश्यक होती है।[3]
