ख़ोक़न्द (उज़बेक: Қўқон, ताजिकी: Хӯқанд, फ़ारसी: خوقند‎, अंग्रेज़ी: Kokand) मध्य एशिया में पूर्वी उज़्बेकिस्तान के फ़रग़ना प्रान्त में स्थित एक शहर है। यह फ़रग़ना वादी के दक्षिण-पश्चिमी छोर पर क़ायम है। ख़ोक़न्द उबेकिस्तान की राजधानी ताशकंद से २२८ किमी दक्षिण-पूर्व में, अन्दीझ़ान शहर से ११५ किमी पश्चिम में और फ़रग़ना शहर से ८८ किमी पश्चिम में स्थित है। इसे कभी-कभी 'हवाओं का शहर' या 'जंगली सूअर का शहर' भी बुलाया जाता है। ख़ोक़न्द कुछ बहुत ही ऐतिहासिक और महत्वपूर्ण व्यापर मार्गों पर स्थित है। एक तो यहाँ से पहाड़ों से होता हुआ पश्चिमोत्तर में ताशकंद को जाता है और दूसरा पश्चिम में ख़ुजन्द की ओर। फ़रग़ना वादी में यातायात का यह एक मुख्य पड़ाव है। सन् १९९९ की जनगणना में इसकी आबादी १,९२,५०० अनुमानित की गई थी।[1][2]
