कुजुल कडफ़िसेस (बाख़्त्री: Κοζουλου Καδφιζου, गांधारी: 𐨐𐨂𐨗𐨂𐨫 𐨐𐨯) एक कुषाण राजकुंवर था जिसने पहली सदी ईसवी में युएझ़ी परिसंघ को संगठित किया और पहला कुषाण सम्राट बना। अफ़ग़ानिस्तान के बग़लान प्रान्त में सुर्ख़ कोतल नामक पुरातन स्थल में पाए गए रबातक शिलालेख के अनुसार कुजुल कडफिसेस प्रसिद्ध कुषाण सम्राट कनिष्क का पड़-दादा था। कुजुल के सिक्कों पर अक्सर खरोष्ठी और यूनानी लिपि मिलती है।[3]

Contrary to earlier assumptions, which regarded Kujula Kadphises as Buddhist on the basis of this epithet [dharmasthita- "steadfast in the Law"], it is now clear from the wording of a Mathura inscription, in which Huvishka bears the same epithet satyadharmasthita that the kingdom was conferred upon him by Sarva and Scamdavira (Candavira), that is, he was a devotee of Siva.
