आलींगार नदी या आलींगड़ नदी (Alingar River; دریا آلینگار, दरिया-ए-आलींगार) पूर्वी अफ़ग़ानिस्तान में स्थित एक नदी है। यह काबुल नदी की एक उपनदी है। लग़मान प्रान्त के आलीन्गार ज़िले का नाम इसी नदी पर पड़ा है और यह मेहतर लाम ज़िले से भी गुज़रती है जहाँ प्रन्तीय राजधानी मेहतर लाम इसके और अलीशिंग नदी के किनारे बसी हुई है और इसी के पास इन दोनों नदियों का संगम हो जाता है। लग़मान के अलावा यह नूरिस्तान प्रान्त से भी गुज़रती है। आलींगार और अलीशिंग की मिली धारा उत्तर से आकर काबुल नदी में विलय हो जाती है।[1]
