अली सिना ईरानी मूल के एक कनाडाई पूर्व-मुस्लिम [1] ऐक्टिविस्ट और इस्लाम के कटु आलोचक का छद्मनाम है। [2] सीना 'एन्टी-मुस्लिम' नामक संस्था के संस्थापक हैं।[3] उन्होने विकीइस्लाम [3] नामक वेबसाइट भी स्थापित किया है। इसके अलावा वे कई और वेबसाइटों का रखरखाव करते हैं जिन्हें वे "इस्लाम के बारे में सत्य" का नाम से सम्बोधित करते हैं।[2] वह काउंटर-जिहाद नामक आन्दोलन से जुड़े हैं। [4]

[WikiIslam] was begun by an Iranian ex-Muslim named Ali Sina and is maintained by an organization known as Faith Freedom International (FFI). According to a description found on the website, the aim of FFI is to 'unmask Islam and help Muslims leave [the faith]'.
