Some suggestions[संपादित करें]
- Article lacks sources.
- Lead of the article should contain the Muslim belief about Islam as well. According to Muslims, Islam is the universal version of a monotheistic faith revealed to many times and places before, including, notably, to the prophets Abraham, Moses and Jesus. They do not regard Prophet MUhammad to be the founder of Islam.
- The Quran does not mean studying. It means recitation. Moreover the article does not discuss the fact that Muslims believe the Quran to be the word of God literally. This is in contrast to other religion's scriptures such as the Vedas.
- Amost all Muslims believe that the Prophet was the last messenger as the lead says.

This is derived from Quran 33:40 ( Muhammad is not the father of any of your men, but (he is) the Messenger of Allah, and the Seal of the Prophets: and Allah has full knowledge of all things.) The verse may be interpreted differently and this has been done by some Muslims. Most notably according to a Supreme Court Judgement in India (Shihabuddin Koya vs. Ahammed Koya, A.I.R. 1971 Ker 206) the Ahmaddiya community who have presence mostly in South Asia (who does not necessarily believe that Prophet Muhammad was the last prophet) is also considered Muslim. By Pakistani law they are not Muslims. This fact can be added to the article as this concerns Muslims in the subcontinent specially and the Hindi wiki focuses on them. In fact according to Supreme Court in India, any person who claims himself to be a Muslim in India is a Muslim for all legal purposes and no religious authority exists in India which can legally debar him from being a Muslim.

It needs to be stressed that Islam puts a heavy emphasis on the conceptualization of God as strictly singular. This God is not something exclusive for Muslims but he is the one God of all humanity.

- नमाजों की अहमियत
कुरान अपनी एक आयत मे बयान फर्माता है: "वस्तअ-ईनू बिस्सबरे वस्स्लात"
This is incorrect. The word salat does not mean namaz in the Quranic sense. It only means prayer here. The Quran never directly describes namaz.

इस्लामी धर्म के पांच प्रमुख दस्तूर हैं जिन्हे इस्लाम के पांच स्तम्भ भी कहा जाता है । यह वह पांच काम हैं जिनका करना हर मुसलमान बालिग के लिये फ़र्ज़ यानी आवश्यक है ।
These five pillars concept is in Sunni Islam. Shia Islam has slightly different belief.
What this article lacks:
- History of Islam (Rise of caliphates, Islamic Golden Age, Turkish, Iranian and Indian empires, Modern Islam)
- Some information about the Muslim community (their culture, family life etc)
- Denominations of Islam(Shia/Sunni)
- Sufism: Mystical dimension of Islam. Sufi saints and their influence.

इस्लाम को बदनाम करने की साजिश![संपादित करें]
दोस्तो, लोग इस्लाम को बदनाम करने की साजिश कर रहे हैं!
चलो मान लिया की 100 में से 99 आतंकवादी मुसलमान होते हैं लेकिन जो 1 मुसलमान बच गया जो अतंकवादी नहीं होता उसकी क्या गलती इसमें ??
99 लोगो के गलती की सजा 1 को क्यू?? तो दोस्त, इस्लाम एक अच्छा धर्म है जो 100 लोगो में से 1 को इंसान बनाता है, उसका ईमान बहुत सच्चा होता है!
दोस्त, किसी भी बम ब्लास्ट से पहले "नारा ए तख्तबीर अल्लाह हू अकबर" ये आवाज नहीं आती बाल्की वो कुछ और बोलते हैं और बीजेपी आरएसएस वाले उसे एडिटिंग करके पेश करते हैं! सच्ची मुझे दोस्त भरोसा करो, आतंकवाड़ी तो हिंदू, ईसा, बौद्ध जैन, सिख होते हैं! बीजेपी हटाओ देश बचाओ और आतंकवाद मेरा मतलब इस्लाम को अपनाओ!
