If you've noticed, other than Anunad, Aashish,Aniruddh and Hunnjazal, nobody is senior to me here.

However, Anunad tries dominate over every newbie, and unfortunately no admin tries to stop him. We don't have a strong community and no urge to make our voice heard like Tamil and Malayalam Wikipedias.

While my efforts to bring in change on Hindi Wikipedia somehow didn't see the desired results so far, I had and still do believe in the need to strengthen Hindi Wikipedia Community (see my userpage). But I know that many of my ideas will probably remain just part of my dream.

I therefore stopped entering into heated debates. There is no point, as I cannot control anybody, cannot protect pages, warn or block anybody - I am totally powerless.

I am just concentrating bringing in more knowledgeable projects such as "Vishv men Hindi" and "Vishv men Sanskrit", which I hope can be done without any opposition.

My advice to you - do good, goodness will make you feel good.
