1. Copyvio uploads: I will just give one of his recent and blatant copyvio uploads taken from the source http://www.hindivishwa.org/ as per himself. Other copyvios and plausible copyvios uploaded by him can be found at विशेष:लॉग/Krantmlverma.
2. POV: Let's look at his latest edits. He added sentences like "उन दिनों वहाँ बहुत अच्छी फिल्में बनती थीं।" on the page गुरु दत्त and "उनके संबोधन के इस प्रथम वाक्य ने सबका दिल जीत लिया था।" and weasel words like "दैवयोग से विश्वनाथ दत्त की मृत्यु हो गई।" with this edit at स्वामी विवेकानन्द.
3. Style: Notice the overlinking at स्वामी विवेकानन्द where he has wikilinked words like भाषा, ह्स्ताक्षर and भारत! He has been counselled against this a lot many times on his en.wiki User page, e.g., en:User talk:Krantmlverma#Linking, en:User talk:Krantmlverma#Linking again and en:User talk:Krantmlverma#Linking dates but either he simply refuses to heed or is not competent enough to do so. These should not be taken as personal attacks as these were precisely the conclusion reached on the en.wiki here: en:User talk:Krantmlverma#June 2012.
4. Previous warnings: In addition to the countless warnings and reverts that he got on en.wiki and commons, several editors, including myself, have been cautioning and advising him right since सदस्य वार्ता:Krantmlverma#राजेन्द्र लाहिडी, by Mayur, again सदस्य वार्ता:Krantmlverma#Rajendra lahiri.JPEG, adequately warned, a very elaborate explanation of things at सदस्य वार्ता:Krantmlverma#योगदानों में सुधार by Siddharth, at सदस्य वार्ता:Krantmlverma#चौपाल की चर्चाएँ by Bill and I can go on and on. He however continues with his copyvio uploads, POV pushing, taking snide remarks at others in various discussions like "आजकल हिन्दी विकिपीडिया पर नियम कानून वालों की फसल लहलहाने लगी है।"
5. Other wikis: He has been permanently blocked on en.wiki and has been atleast once temporarily blocked on Commons for copyvios.

My humble question to the admins here is: If this is not sufficient incriminating evidence, then what is? And for how long are we going to tolerate him? • क्रांत जी हिन्दी विकिपीडिया पर कोई भी चित्र अपलोड नहीं करेंगे।
• वे भारतीय स्वतंत्रता संग्राम से सम्बन्धित लेखो का संपादन नहीं करेंगे, चाहे संपादन छोटा बदलाव ही क्यों न हो।
• अन्य लेखो में वे निष्पक्ष भाव से ही संपादन करेंगे।

So sorry to be aloof till now.actually I had been o/o station long time. Right now also editing from my tab, thats why english. Hello Ashish, Bill and Hunnjazal!

Bill, while I'm in favour of topic bans in principle, the issue is not just about articles related to Indian Independence movement. Both स्वामी विवेकानन्द and गुरु दत्त are not in that category but as shown above, his edits on those pages are a cause for concern too. Not to mention, stupid overlinkings. We can try the one month ban suggested by Ashish but I do not see any point in wasting our time with this one single editor when he simply refuses to learn. He was banned for short durations on en.wiki but eventually they had to do away with him. We should instead devote this time on teaching things to some new editor or doing other important work! We received a claim from the owner of this website, stating that this is a copy of his page. Blocking Anunad

[english for typing ease] I think we have no option but to do it. He continues with his verbal attacks and creates a pretty fractious atmosphere into which others get sucked in. His articles are terrible and read like homework essays. He also 'denatures' good articles - essentially creating new sections (which he often calls 'parichay') that he then proceeds to rewrite like a personal essay. Ashish, you had said the last time that we should let him go with one last warning, but he is back to his old behavior again. I think he is terrible for the Hindi Wikipedia and for Hindi in general. He stole material from an Australian university and then attacked Bill when Bill was forced to remove the content when the owner filed a complaint. He rarely uses sources or references. He is prolific but I am not at all sure that this is in a helpful way. His name calling is relentless and tends to draw others into unnecessary arguments. He uses Wikipedia to settle ideological scores which, regardless of their validity or non-validity, should not be resolved here. It is absolutely impossible to create a quality encylopedia in Hindi with him sniping at people left and right. I am thinking of blocking him. Another option is to split the Hindi Wikipedia into Daily Hindi and Pure Hindi. There are some people that prefer purity of language (i.e. incomprehensible levels of Sanskritization) and ideology (Hindu, Indian primacy) over creating a balanced and accessible encyclopedia. If we let them have their way, Hindi Wikipedia will never achieve either mass readership or a significant authorship group. It will shrink to cater as a personal expression vehicle for a narrow group. This has already been happening. They should really be operating a private wiki rather than en-masse violating Wiki policy but maybe that is a fight left for the future, i.e. I have no doubt that a wikipedia run by Anunad will get shut down at some point by the Wikipedia administration. Proposal for no-disruption policy

I have proposed the totally standard policy from virtually every large wiki project, e.g. Russian, English, French, German, Japanese, Persian, etc. It is a direct translation from English at विकिपीडिया:बात समझाने के लिये विकिकार्य न टोकें. It's been put up for approval at चौपाल. Low-contributors will be discounted in the process naturally, since we have a plague of suspected socks who usually move to try and block any policy parity with other wikipedias. --Hunnjazal (वार्ता) 02:10, 8 अप्रैल 2013 (UTC)
