Hemant Sheshji thanks for the clarification, please move the texts (as you are the only contributor) to the first created article गोविन्द चन्द्र पाण्डे (created on 21 October 2006). WP exists because of collaborative editing, we should always try to improve/ update the old articles instead of creating new duplicate ones, and as per edit history you are also one of the contributors of the old article.

I feel no inclination to indulge in conversation with (uncultured) people but since a common user has raised a query, I am forced to respond.Some names are generally decipherable and intelligible with only prefixes like Pandit, Dr., Mahtma and so on and in such a situation the prefix by and large becomes an integral and also essential part of one’s name. The same is the case with Dr. Govind Chandra Pandeya, who, in the academic world and otherwise, has always been addressed as Dr. G C Pandeya or Dr. Govind Chandra Pandeya. All his books also contain this prefix- ‘Dr.’ The Padma Shri award conferred on Dr. Pandeya writes his name as Dr. Govind Chandra Pandeya and NOT Govind Chandra Pandeya. The rule referred to in the comments above, requires to be reconsidered in this light. It is needless to reiterate that Rules are only means and not an end themselves. Even the constitutions of countries, keeping the basic structure intact, of course, are amended according to timely requirements.   • already a page about this gentle man exist as pointed by user MKar
  • name of page violates wikipedia policy for naming of page.....as you can see that for yourself and user MKar has also pointed that out

Dear Hemant Sheshji I (a common user) am sorry to say that you forced me, to force you for a reply :( Please note that राजेन्द्र प्रसाद (Bharat Ratna Award winner first President of India) is more notable than गोविन्द चन्द्र पाण्डे and the article on our first president as per guidelines is राजेन्द्र प्रसाद not डॉ॰ राजेन्द्र प्रसाद. One more thing डॉ॰ is right instead of डॉ॰ (mark the use of लाघव चिह्न (॰) instead of फुलस्टॉप (.). Actually some days ago संजीव कुमारजी had informed me about this लाघव चिह्न (॰).
