लश्कर-ए-झंगवी (उर्दू: لشكرِجهنگوی‎, अंग्रेज़ी: Lashkar-e-Jhangvi) एक पाकिस्तानी उग्रवादी संगठन है। इसकी स्थापना १९९६ में हुई जब सिपाह-ए-सहाबा पाकिस्तान के एक कार्यकर्ता, रियाज़ बसरा, की उस संगठन के नेतृत्व से अनबन हो गई और उसने अलग होकर अपना अलग संगठन चला लिया। लश्कर-ए-झंगवी एक सुन्नी चरमपंथी गुट है जो पाकिस्तान और अमेरिका द्वारा एक आतंकवादी संगठन क़रार दिया जा चुका है। इसे कई बार शिया लोगों पर जानलेवा हमलों के लिए ज़िम्मेदार ठहराया जा चुका है, जिन्हें यह मुस्लिम नहीं मानते और इस्लाम का शत्रु समझते हैं। इसके अधिकतर सदस्य पंजाबी हैं।[6][7]

नाम[संपादित करें]

सिपाह-ए-सहाबा पाकिस्तान के संस्थापकों में से एक हक़ नवाज़ झंगवी था, जिसकी पारिवारिक जड़ें पाकिस्तानी पंजाब के झंग इलाक़े में थीं। लश्कर-ए-झंगवी के संस्थापक सिपाह-ए-सहाबा पाकिस्तान के सदस्य थे लेकिन उन्हें लगा कि यह संगठन हक़ नवाज़ झंगवी की दिखाई राह से भटक गया है इसलिए उन्होंने अलग होकर लश्कर-ए-झंगवी चलाई, जिसका मतलब 'झंगवी की फ़ौज' है।
