यहां विश्व में घटित गृहयुद्धों की सूची दी गयी है। जब किसी देश के दो या दो से अधिक समूह उस देश की सत्ता से ही हथियारबन्द युद्ध कर रहे हों तो इस प्रकार के युद्ध को गृहयुद्ध कहते हैं।
