कार्लोस फिनले

कार्लोस फिनले (3 दिसम्बर 1833 - 20 अगस्त 1915), क्यूबा के एक चिकित्सक तथा वैज्ञानिक थे । इन्होंने मच्छर को पीतज्वर के वाहक के रूप में चिन्हित किया, जिसके कारण इन्होंने ख्याति प्राप्त किया । 1902 से 1909 तक ये क्यूबा के मुख्य स्वास्थ्य अधिकारी रहें ।
